Diet - Does it make a big difference

Hello everyone,

I've been reading through messages and i have found a few messages on diet and peoples thoughts.

But i was just wondering what everyone thinks about the relation of food to:

a. Burping b. Bloating c. pain

I never have any pains or bloating / burping if i don;t eat. I only ever get my probs at random points after eating. Does everyone experience it this way?

I find liquid foods like soup give me no problems, but solid food can be problematic.

Over the last 3 weeks, i've been on a Milk and Lactose free diet, and have increased the fruit and fibre in my diet. As a result, i've gone 3 weeks pain free now (well almost bar one day), though at times my stomach has felt pressurised.

Sometimes i find Digestive Aid tablets can help after eating (from a natural health store).

Does anyone use any tabs to help or have diet tips?

Plus has anyone had one of those food allergy tests done and found that they have benefitted from doing it.

Thanks, Josh p.s - Thanks to Millie and Ester for getting back to me on my previous email.
