P.S.

I forgot to mention that exersise is also a very important factor in a healthy and functioning bowel too. Gentle waling is the best exersise and if you are able to find something else, like swimming....then include that too. Shane recently bought me a step machine & find it very useful as I am only going up & down so it seems to irritate everything far less! I started off with three minute sessions which admittedley didn't do much calorie burning BUT my fifteen minute sessions are starting to burn them off...well little by little. My doctor is very happy & says whatever works comfortably is great! So Happy stepping, swimming or walking!
