Of course you need to excercise but in my case anything like sit ups
just wakes up the devil pain. I am exercising in the pool because of
back problems and I tried some easy sit up type exercises and ended up
back in bed with severe pelvic and abdominal pain. I had to put ice on
and take more medicine. It is all up to you and what your body tells
you.
