Anonymous,

Of course you need to excercise but in my case anything like sit ups just wakes up the devil pain. I am exercising in the pool because of back problems and I tried some easy sit up type exercises and ended up back in bed with severe pelvic and abdominal pain. I had to put ice on and take more medicine. It is all up to you and what your body tells you.

Good Luck A new friend, Lynn
