Dear Annie, I was also dejected by the DR that used seprafilm on me in August last year. I had pain releif for 3 weeks, but still had a small amount of pain. Then it kept getting worse. The Dr told me there was nothing left for him to do. I live in the USA. I recently had hernia surgery & am waiting for time to pass so I can go have surgery with DR Korell in Germany with the spraygel. I had surgery with him before in Nov 2000, with intergel. I had 50% reduction the first surgery & after the 2nd look lap, I came home knowing I would have 15-30% reformation. The intergel helped me a whole lot more than seprafilm & the surgery was less evasive. Jo, that has Bombo Beach adhesion site that lives in Austrailia, just had surgery with spraygel. Maybe you can find out where she had her surgery in Australia & go there instead of to Germany. Just a thought. I wish you luck, robin M
