Dear Helen, Thankyou for your email. Firstly let me tell you that I live in Australia. Spraygel is being used out here & my Dr is ready to do his first case. He said that he could not use it on me because I have no abdominal cavity???/ space left. Also he will not use the lapascope on me due to danger of rupturing organs/adhesions. On my visit a week ago I left his rooms feeling quite dejected as I think he is trying to give me the run around- go see dr so & so he/she maybe able to help. I have been under this Dr since 1995 & he always has helped me but since the last op when he placed Seprafilm around my bowel & 3 weeks later I had another bowel obstruction. Obvisously not a success story. My story is similar to all adhesion suffers but I have been suffering since I was 14yrs (38yrs ago!!). Could you advise me on how to find info on DR Korell, & how they decide whether you are a candiate for their surgery or not?? If only I could get some relief somehow. God Bless Annie
