I am a colon cancer survivor. A year after the surgery I developed hard
lumps in my upper left abd. quadrant and they have continued to
develop. I have been told they are post-surgical adhesions and nothing
to worry about. Of course the pain is almost unbearable and they
continue to develop and now the lumps go up under my ribs.
Does the answer I am getting sound possible? Can adhesions develop long
after surgery?
