My adhesions were caused by my ex husband kicking me in the stomach while I was pregant. I had never had previous surgery so its not caused by exposing to air. There are many factors that cause adhesions. Just wanted you to know that. Its sad but true. I too believe deeply in the massages. My massages have helped me alot. So much that I am riding my horse again and even having sex more often...hehehe....now if thats not improvement I don't know what is. Hugs, Christy
