Dear Bonnie, You will get different opinions on surgery or no surgery. I think that surgery with an expert is an option. DR Korell is a expert at removing adhesions. My last surgery was with a nice Dr that knew about adhesions, but, was not a specialist. It didn't take long for the adhesions to return & the pain returned. I am in the process of raising money to return to Germany for more surgery. I will not go to any other surgeon than him. robin
