Laying on your "left" side also helps allot with the gas.

By being only what "you" are, you can awaken each morning to a new day that's an opportunity to seek whatever you want- with no previous deceptions to get in your way.

Sometimes, the gas posses no problems, but, after surgery, you should lie flat or the gas will rise mainly to the shoulder area & can cause discomfort or pain when leaving the body. Hope this answers your question. robin
