Robin, It's sad that I am only 42 and have to wear pads for the incontininence. They put a pessory ring in me that was so painful that I took it out. They are going to put it back in after I get my spinal done. I think the ring presses on adhesions. Do you have incontinence? I tend to always have pressure on my bladder & I am having pain now too. It sometimes takes be 5 mins to go pee! robin
