Hi Chrissie -

I can't take credit for the idea, got it from the endo board over at Web MD....but I have to say, it sure helped before my last surgery to pinpoint my pain. I started charting again recently, I didn't realize how many different symptoms I have! I'm a typesetter so I created a customized chart with the Mankoski pain scale for reference. I too have a very compassionate ob/gyn, but I know I drive him nuts, cuz I bring a list every time I see him. :O) My tired brain can't hold everything either, and I only have 20 minutes to get all my questions addressed!

Hugs back, Libby :O)
