Scotty, I understand your wife's pain. All the adhesions started on 1993 for me and have had 4 surgeries. My last one, in 8/00 was the most difficult surgery and wasn't expected to live. The adhesions was spread from the colon to the rectum and all I have left now is 4.5 ft of small intestine. I have no ileum which absorb the fat, vitamins, dairy products and sugar. It was the most difficult and traumnatic experince and I may be free of adhesions....If you want to talk, please use my home email address which is doggie@mycido.com. Traci
