I don't know if this helps you or not but I just recently on the 21st of march was supposed to have a hysterectomy but could not have it done because when he opened me up the space that is supposed to be between the uterus and the bowels was glued together by adhesions. It is not life threating or anything but it is possible that on down the road I will have to see an oncologist(spelling could be wrong) and have the bowels and the uterus separated. At that time they are talking the uterus right along with it. My adhesions came from the doctor (not the one I have now) puncturing through my uterus with the lapascope. Adhesions formed on the back of my uterus and just grew like crazy. It will not bother me one bit not having that thing in there. I refuse to be on pain medication all my life and this is my choice. Take it out. My surgery to remove polyps and a very large cyst last June, revealed my colon, intestine, bladder and bowel wrapped around the uterus. The only place I had them this time was around the bowels, and a little on my tubes. Having them on the colon hurt like crazy but I have not had a problem since. My doctor also placed medication somewhat related to Mitomycin C on the area where he removed the adhesions and no new ones

>formed there. I hope I helped you a little. ----- Original Message -----
