Dear Scotty, There are the specialist, Drs Riech & Redan in PA. Although they are very expensive & take few if any insurance. I am a former patient of Dr Korell in Germany and am planning on returning to him as soon as I raise the money. He is also a specialist and the cost is $6- 6,500. He also uses a barrier. No one can guarentee the surgery, but a specialist in removal of adhesions is your best bet. If you would like more information on Dr Korell, I am the one to talk to. You can email me personally if you want, or post here on the board, either is fin with me. robin
