Immediately, in my experience...although they can wait years to get thick and cause problems. Mine only took 3 weeks after my last surgery to cause pain and wreak havoc on my bladder, again.

I wouldn't suggest this particular comment, unless you want a stay in a psychiatric ward, been there, done that. Call your insurance company and see if they can help find a new doctor and get an IMMEDIATE appointment!

Well, after 3 surgeries, I am going for long term pain management, but everyone has a different threshold. If you can get to PA or Germany, maybe you could give another shot, otherwise, hang it up!

Good to know you have those reasons to live...but you left out the most important one: YOU - You are a valuable person in your own right...you touch other peoples lives in ways you may not even be aware of...not just your family and friends, but we, here on this board, the person you smile at in the grocery store when you really want to scream, people who read your story and gain courage from your struggle. Please don't give up...you ARE important!
