Dear Kelly,

You are so right, there are many personalities on the board, and I emphasise again, we are living with a nightmare illness, and yes, our emotions do become involved. My intentions with my posts are always simply to help people. If someone has an issue with something I have posted, then please, email me privatley and tell me what has caused concern. Then, I would be happy to post on the board any corrections or clarifications regarding my statements.

Just one more point, I received an email this morning saying that I always make my story sound bigger, or worse than anyone elses. I want EVERYONE on this board to know that each of us has personal struggles and nightmare tales about our own experiences, I consider myself fortunate, because of my interaction on this board, after my surgery last year to remove my ovaries one pain was gone, but several others replaced it. I MADE A PERSONAL decision NOT to seek further surgical treatment at this point. It was the many friends on this board who helped me to make that decision, but it was ME who had to ultimatly decide.

I have chosen to live with the pain I have and use pain management to keep my pain at a level that allows me some form of normalcy in my life. My comments on this board a personal, just like everyone elses are. THAT is the purpose of this board, to have open & honest discussions about the pro's & con's of an issue.

NO ONE can make a decision for another whether or not they choose to accept or reject a persons point of view. Making personal attacks here, only stirs peoples emotions, and then people leave the board because of hurt feelings, anger or disgust or whatever. The shame of it is then, again, that person is alone to deal with their pain and the emotions that goes with it. Please, let's just continue to use this board to help each other cope, day by day, even hour by hour if necessary.

Love & gentle Hugs Jo http://www. bombobeach.com
