Dear Helen: I signed the petitiion on oxycontin but you know this thing really worries me since I found this site and see the massive suffering amongst people who are not crazy nor chronic complainers. Although I do not take oxycontin and would not be a candidate to take it because I have to dissolve my pain medicine in my mouth because of my absorption factor. I know a lot of people are able to lead a half decent life with it and my fear is that the Dea wants everybody to take an aspirin and go to bed. So sad.
