Thanks for responding regarding "pain when sitting". That particular pain has been going probably for a couple of years and has been getting worse. I did have a pelvic ultrasound about a week ago showing only a very small fibroid so, no cysts. Your cyst was huge! Thankfully it resolved and no surgery!
