Dear Jean A good psycologist (sp?) should be able to help you. I have been taking Paxil & Buspar for about 3 1/2 years now. It has helped me a great deal. I also suffer from panic/anxiety attacks. Over the years I have been on several different meds for depression. I had been on prozac for a long time, but then it quit working for me. A good dr should be able to help you. I have suffered with depression since pre-teen, I am almost 41 now. I disagree with the drs when they say antidepressants will help with the pain. I was using the antidepressants before the pain started. I hope you find the med that is right for you. love robin
