After I recovered from the surgery,it took a long time to recover, because I was not in very good shape because I was really sick for 4 months prior to surgery, but anyway, I never got relief, I went from surgery pain to adhesion pain again. My stomach hurts all the time, or as you said I have very tender insides. Sounds pretty normal to me but that's just my opinion.
