Dear Lesa, Your pain sounds a lot like mine, Vicodin ES has so much tylenol that is bad for your organs that it is better to switch. I'm now on oxycontin, but it does make me a tad nauseous, but its better than agony. Blessings and good wishes winging their way to you, Love, Sally
