Dear Toni

I am sorry that you are having these horrible panick attacks, it must be very hard to cope with that on top of everything else.  I wish it was possible to jump into the screen & pop out at your place so I could give you a big hug!

It sounds like these panick attacks are because of a chemical imbalance, would that be the right description of it?  Now they have confirmed it with blood tests is there medication that will help you?  I hope that this is so, and that you get back to your old self again soon.

Don't be a stranger to us, we are here for each other .... complain, yell, scream do whatever you need to do - get it all out of your system!

Love & gentle warm hugs

Jo (Australia)
