I am assuming you have a digital camera, if not you can also scan your photo. I did mine myself by just putting a small mirror behind the camera so I could see the view-finder, positioning myself and reaching to snap the picture. It is a close-up so you are close enough to snap the picture or you can set your timer. JEAN
