And whenever I do go off the meds, it hurts just like it did before, but everyone tells me I am better and I have to wait to know if the operation worked, etc. phantom pain, operation pain , etc. etc., and I hope they are right. So I don't know what to do, I guess nothing except carry on, the same as always. Anyway, not much choice, I do spend a lot of time in bed, just as much as before the operation.
