Thank you, Sally and to all of you who replied to my post. I had NO IDEA adhesions were so prevelant and could be so complicated!

I am having the laproscopic procedure and I have a very fine doctor - Kamran Gourdarzi at Sina Surgical Center here in Wilmington, NC. I've been seeing him for 3 years now and would recommend him highly to anyone in this area.

I'll check out the posts from Helen your suggested and I really am touched by everyone's concern.
