Dear Chrissy, I hate to be prosaic, but did you call your doctor? Maybe
a hernia burst? Or maybe new adhesions are forming - rip out my tongue.
But it does seem like a major change warrants a call to a doctor. Do you
have a good one? Oh, God I hope so. Have you been playing with your
darling nieces? You could be using muscles you haven't used in a while.
