Hmmmmm...this is all very interesting. I definately have a tough time digesting brown rice, but thought the white rice(especially nice 'n' mushy the way I cook it!) was pretty gentle on my system.

Good to hear from you Lynda. Glad to hear that your busy with life(and your doggies) and sounding well....pain-free travel days and fun ahead.
