Dear Marianne,

Metamucil may work great for you, I got a little carried away trying to save you! It caused horrible bloating and discomfort for me that I wouldn't wish on anyone. In the end it got me so backed up, it took 4 days of major doses of laxatives to get it all cleaned out. We're all different though, I didn't ralize you'd only been on it one day, I just wanted to save you some grief.

Love,

Janet
