Marianne, Totally understand if you never used something before not understanding the directions. NO...you don't take it back out....it dissolves. Retaining for 15 min. means try to resist the urge to poop for that amount of time no matter how strong the urge is. Guess you know it gets put up your butt and then stay laying on your left side until you absolutely can't hold it anymore.

3-4 glasses isn't a whole lot of water but better than nothing. I find it helps to drink it out of the pint size bottles since I can only drink it "real cold". I can only drink the Deer Park. I am so use to it now I don't even drink my tea anymore! I didn't even realize this until my husband complained he can't drink it all and it gets sour. I don't even like the taste much anymore...weird! Just one cup of coffee in AM and maybe one or two in PM., other than that it's water, a big switch for me!!

P.S. DON'T put your birth control pill up your vagina!....Just a joke (LOL)!! JEAN

I am...but boy...sure gotta pea alot...it's hard for me to drink more than 3-4 glasses a day...do yu think this will be enough...this is funny...but, I've never used a suppository before...me and my husband didn't understand the directions...LOL...I know....it says insert and retain for 15 min...then what...I take it back out? Think about this for a moment...the heading of one of my e-mails is diarrhea, conversations are about pooping...and I don't know how to use a suppository...I guess there's a little humor I can find in this.
