Have you looked into Dr. Redwine in Oregon? He apparently costs 20% less than the PA docs, and has helped a couple of ARD people from this board. He is an Obgyn surgeon who also works with post-surgical adhesions. He also includes a second look. He is who I plan to go to for my next surgery, though I hope I've got a year or two to go yet.
