I'm in Colorado. It's not extreme heat like yours, still for me, too hot for heating pads though. Heating pads definitely help, Though so does a warm fuzzy purring kitty(or two). I am on my way to a hot bath right now which helps more than heating pads. I got an okay to start moving at the 11th hour tonight, and really overdid it. Right now though my emotional pain is a prime motivator to get the heck out of here ASAP! I will be completey moved tomorrow when I get help with the bed, etc.
