There is a lot of super information on this web site. I recommend reading everything you can find, and also looking at the stories on the Quilt. Most of us are in similar straits. Many of us take pain meds and/or use positive mental techniques to help us cope. I call my mental state my "Pollyanna" suit. Some days it fits me better than others <G>.
Some of us have had surgeries to "fix" things, only more surgeries can make things worse. The support of others on this site has been my saving grace. Welcome to the site -- I hope you find comfort and support here, as well. May you have a pain-free, terrific day!
