Hi, Ann, I was glad to hear from you. That lovely tube... I know they have some kind of a numbing spray they can use. Now, for me, they must have a VERY HEAVY baseball bat, and a good swing. Yes, there is a nursing shortage around here,too. Even some e.r.'s are low on Drs. Pretty scary. Thanks for your help, Ann. Please keep in touch. Millie
