How terribly embarrassing for you!!! My heart goes out to you.
The closest I ever came to experiencing the same type of experience was 21 years ago - when I was pregnant with my daughter. My 7lb 2 oz "tumor" was also resting on my bladder, and I had no control either - especially if she decided to stretch her legs!
At the present time, I am experiencing some problems, but nothing to that extent yet - just when I get the urge to go, I have to go right then - even if it is only for a dribble. I quit my job driving taxi May 4th, so it is much easier for me now that I am home full time, but when I was working, I have seen times that I had to make passengers wait while I ran to the washroom.
At least you have options in your area that I don't have access to - Canadian doctors, at least here in New Brunswick, seem to be extremely backwards in their attitude towards adhesions.
Have faith, Sweetie, something good will happen eventually.
