Oh Helen!

Thanx for these wonderful happy tips! I use laughter & positive affirmations as much as possible. When I go shopping I put on a good outfit, make-up and a smile. When I bump into people I know down the street & they ask me how I am I say GREAT THANKS & YOU?? no-one really wants to know that the pain from my rib cage down to my knee's is sooo bad I am hanging onto my husbands arm for support. I am such a good faker they think I'm hanging on to him for love! :-) I did it just today actually....u know? I thought about going home via the ER several times, but I didn't I got through another day, and THAT put a smile on my face!

Cheers Helen, keep the FANTASTIC advice coming..... oh and for a giggle struggle out of bed in the morning, look into the mirror & smile! Say out loud "I'M ALIVE, I'M ALERT AND I'M A LOT OF FUN!" LOL I promise you will be in stitches laughing in quick time! Throwing your arms around for effect helps the giggling start :-)

see ya love, hugs & cheers! Jo
