I haven't had any scarring of the vulva, all my scarring is further up along my vagina. My ovaries were pulled down & attached there by adhesions. I cannot describe the pain ..it was very unpleasant. This last surgery was to remove the ovaries from my vagina & to divide the adhesions which literally fill my abdominal cavity.
