That's a good question? If you've ever been to the ASAP site, they believe that the DEA gets involved, and go to great lengths to get a pain killer off the market (if that being using the news media to do so, and making more of the issue than it actually is). They believe this is all the work of the DEA and wanting oxycontin off of the market (how dare a pharmaceutical company come up with a pain killer that actually helps the chronic pain patient with their pain)!!
