Hi J.J., Maybe someone else can comment on this because I am not too sure if I am right but when I had a colonoscopy, I was told to prep with Fleet's Phospho Soda. I just bought a bottle of it last night for the girl I work with. She is having the test tomorrow. That little 3oz bottle sure does the trick!!! Not the best tasting stuff in the world, kind of like flat alka seltzer! They sell it over the counter and I don't think there is anything harmful in it. If that doesn't do the trick, I don't know what will! Much Love, Lisa
