Hi Dee,

I am recovering fine. Thanks for asking. I did too much yesterday and am paying for it. So I am just going to have to make myself slow back down. Make sure you don't make the same mistake when you get home, okay? Give your body a good chance to heal and don't over do it.

I am from Texas. Actually I am from Alabama but have lived in Houston since 1979 except for a 7 months in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Our house up there was 1 mile from Valley Forge. It is beautiful up there. I missed the really cold months up there. Now my blood is thin and I freeze when it is in the 60's. We kind of get spoiled with the warm weather.

When are you headed home? Keep up posted as to your recovery. And remember to take it slow and let your body heal. I need to practice what I preach, huh? My thoughts are with you.

Love, Jenny
