Toni,
The Coke will just make you worse. It is carbonated and will produce
bloating and gas. I haven't been able to drink carbonation for at least
20 years because all those bubbles get trapped inside me and blow me up.
I get severe upper abdominal and chest pain from it. I also don't
belge.
Try kneading your upper abdomen with your fingers to push (the gas?)
through, it helps me allot. If it hurts I just hold me breath and after
awhile I will feel it move and start getting some relief.
