I talked to my dr. office today. They told me my last 2 surgeries they have used Hyskon as a barrier. Does anyone know anything about that? It obviously didn't work for me. They have scheduled me for surgery for Feb. 16. My Gyn and a General Surgeon are going to do my surgery. I was told they are going to use a special tool that will cut down the adhesions. There is a 50/50 chance of them coming back. Hopefully they will try Interceed, Intergel, or Seprafilm this time so we don't do another repeat.
Thanks to all for being such an encouragement to me. I don't know what I would do without the list. Every night that I am up due to pain I read all the postings and the quilt. It sure is a comfort knowing that we are not going at this alone. I am keeping you all in my prayers(Stacey, Mary, Toni and her sister, and Elke too).
