Dear Belinda, I know what you mean about the bloating. I can actually watch my stomach swell up. Sometimes it gets so big that I look like I am 6 months pregnant. I have even had strangers ask me when I was due. Sometimes I'll tell them in a couple of months just to save them and myself the embarrassment. I have never gotten a straight answer to what causes this. I have had to go out and buy stretch-waist pants just to have something that I can wear. The only suggestion that I have is relaxing in a warm bath. It always seems to relax me and it eases the tension in my back. I have problems urinating too, especially when I am having one of the spells with my stomach swelling. I'll have to go to the bathroom about every fifteen minutes. It feels like I am ripping or turning inside out when I go. Hang in there and good luck with your appointment. - Teresa
