Upon awakening every morning, I have bloating due to adhesions...and then more with every sip of drink or bite of food for the rest of the day. Doesn't matter if I've had a bowel movement or not, it's always there. There are uneven pouches of bloating in my abdomen along with overall bloating. I have found nothing to help, but know I will have more problems if I wear anything restrictive to my tummy...like the others have said...stretchy and loose!
