With a lap (scope) they will be able to diagnose adhesions & remove them. I also think they can remove the endo through a lap also. With adhesions, most people have more pain with increased activity, including sex, bowel movements & house work. My surgeries were Nov.20 & 27. I have between 15-30% reformation of adhesions. Most days I have little to no pain. Of course, if I over do, or do things I know I shouldn't, I do have pain. Sometimes you have to be persistant with Drs. Don't give up. Good luck Robin
