Dear Helen,

Sorry to hear you are having such a hard time with pain etc, we all know what it's like to be in constant pain. I have just had my 6th surgery in 4 years for Adhesions and 3 weeks post op I am feeling OK, I am being positive that maybe this time the adhesions will not return, and I think that trying to be positive is the first step to mental recovery. As for pysical recovery from adhesions, find your self a understanding doctor, go for the surgery if you think that will help it and try as hard as it maybe to be strong and positive. I know this proberly has'nt been much help to you but at the moment it's all I can offer.

Kindest regards Helen Gibson (Australia).
