Just wanted you to know that a friend of mine is in California now to have her surgery with Dr. Cook on Tuesday. Her insurance has approved the surgery and is paying for most of it. Now, she willhave to pay some because it is out of network, but all in all, she won't have as much to pay. In fact, they work out a payment plan for the balance.
