I recieved a message from Mary Pomroy. I am going to paraphase the message. She was able to use the computer of a Germany hostess named"Elke". "We are all doing well. Laura N. was the last one to have her surgery yesterday,it was difficult but Dr. Korell was able to do it laparoscopically. We are all up and about, I was able to go down to to shop and get some fresh air. The ladies are all sharing the same room at the hospital. She says that Bev.and Paul, & Massa have been very helpful. They are all laughing alot together. Love & Hugs from Germnany. Mary

This is the message that I sent back to her: Dear Bev, Helen& Hubby, Paul, Mary, Laura, Anne, Robin, Elke, Dr. Korell, and our lovely international friends Marc, & Sylvie, We are so very, very happy to hear all of the exciting and encouraging news on all of you! We have and will continue to hold all of you up in our daily prayers. We pray for not only you all having the surgeries but the compassionate, loving ambassadors of comfort (i.e., Bev, Paul & Helen's husband) and your wonderful host in Germany. Thank God for their open arms. Dr. Korell, what can we say except that we continue to pray for your wonderful compassion and skill! Thank you from all of us (the IAS family). You have given so very many a glimmer of hope were there was only the terrible darkness of pain! Please take care of yourself and know that when you are ready for a vacation the United States as a whole is a wonderful place to be. I am not partial or anything but Florida is the prettiest place to really relax and soak up the warm rays of the sun. I happen to know someone who is always looking for an excuse to go fishing!! ( MY husband of course). To all of our recuperating brave ladies!!! Please rest and enjoy the beauty of Germany and the love of their warm people! We all want to help in anyway that we can,so far now feel our healing loving thoughts of health and happiness for each one of you! Take care of each other and enjoy your new birth of a pain free (adhesion free) life. We pray for a smooth recovery from you second look surgery this coming week and your safe return home. We are all eager to learn about your wonderful experience. IN LOVING FRIENDSHIP, PAM AND YOUR IAS FAMILY
