I cannot help you about information on Dr. Korell. I am sure someone else on the forum can. I do want to share with you that I had a ruptured appendix 3 years ago, and just this year I began having a feeling of fullness in my right abdomen, gas pains, along with rectal pressure and a stabbing pain in the same area. Dr. Redan answered my email to explain that I had a "pseudocyst"(this was after I sent him my operating report that showed a fluid filled ball structure). He told me that this not uncommon to happen after a ruptured appendix. This cyst is formed from adhesions on all of my organs. So you could indeed have adhesions causing this problem. Good luck to you, and keep us posted.
