Anne,

I am sorry you are having such pain and you have such an unreponsive Dr. If you insurance let's you maybe it is time you got a second opinion or go the ER and let the ER Dr. do a work up for you. There are lots of other things that could be going on and your Dr (or some Dr)needs investigate further.
