Recently, I went to physical therapy. I think it did help with mobility, & reduced my pain some. I did some warm up excersices & then I had heat applied & then was received deep muscel massage. It is used to help break up the scar tissue. I also got a TENS unit to use for the pain. That did seem to help me get over the worse part of my pain. I did take neurotin, but didnt seem to help me.
